1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of 10 Aed Defibrillators For The Residents Of Grudziądz, With Delivery And Assembly For The Ordering Party As Part Of The Task: To The Rescue! Purchase Of 10 Aed Defibrillators For The Residents - Zk/1/2026/Gbo.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Ordering Party Allows The Subject Of The Order To Be Offered With Parameters Exceeding The Ordering Partys Requirements, With Modern Technological Requirements, Meeting At Least The Minimum Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Not Inferior In Terms Of Quality And Technical Conditions, While Maintaining Its Appropriate Functionality And Purpose.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Data Provided By The Contractor In The Bid Form - Annex No. 2 To The Swz Clearly And Precisely Indicate The Subject Of The Order. The Provided Data Must Allow The Ordering Party To Clearly Identify The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Configuration Consistent With The Ordering Partys Requirements Using Generally Available Methods (E.G. The Manufacturers Website) In Order To Check The Correctness Of Its Parameters With The Requirements Of The Swz. If The Model Or Name Of The Subject Of The Order Provided By The Contractor Does Not Fully Reflect The Fulfillment Of The Ordering Partys Requirements, Technical Data Regarding Configuration Should Be Provided.5. The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.6. The Ordering Party Sets The Minimum Warranty Period For Defibrillators At 24 Months And The Maximum At 48 Months In Accordance With The Adopted Tender Evaluation Criterion Warranty Period For Defibrillators.7. The Ordering Party Sets The Minimum Warranty Period For The Electrodes At 30 Months And The Maximum At 48 Months In Accordance With The Adopted Tender Evaluation Criterion Electrodes Warranty Period.8. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.9. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Facilities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. An On-Site Visit May Be Made Only On Business Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, But No Later Than 2 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party In Writing Of His Intention To Carry Out A Visit. Persons On The Ordering Partys Side Who Will Inspect The Area Are Not Authorized To Make Any Arrangements.
