1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Gymnasium With Facilities At The Automotive School Complex. Stanisław Staszic In Kalisz, Based At Ul. 3 Maja 18, 62-800 Kalisz. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Protection Of Floors, Joinery, Equipment And Installations Against Dirt And Damage, 2) Dismantling Damaged, Damp, Detached Or Degraded Fragments Of Suspended Ceilings Made Of Plasterboards And Modular Ceilings Made Of Mineral Wool Boards, Along With The Structure To The Extent Indicated By The Ordering Party (Ground Plan Of The Zss In Kalisz - A Component Of Annex No. 1 To Swz),3) Segregation And Removal Of Waste And Its Transfer For Management In Accordance With Applicable Regulations,4) Supplementing Or Replacing Elements Of The Steel Grid Of Plasterboard Ceilings And The Grid Of Modular Ceilings,5) Installation Of New Plasterboards And Modular Mineral Wool Boards Appropriate To The Conditions Of Use Of The Rooms,6) Grouting Of Board Joints, Installation Of Reinforcing Tapes, Filling Of Screw Heads And Making Necessary Surface Repairs,7) Preparation Of Existing Wall Surfaces And Ceilings To Be Painted, Including The Removal Of Peeling Coatings And Local Irregularities,8) Priming The Substrates With An Appropriate Preparation,9) Performing Local Repairs Of Plasters And Plasterboard Surfaces,10) Painting With Interior Paint At Least Twice To Obtain Uniform Coverage,11) Making Painting Corrections And Tidying Up The Rooms After The Completion Of The Works,12) Replacing The Ventilation Grilles,13) Dismantling And Reassembling The Lighting Lamps After The Painting Works I Anemostats,14) Renovation Of The Pitch Lines In The Gymnasium.3.The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Design Documentation) And Annex No. 8 To The Swz (Important Provisions Of The Contract). 4. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. This Requirement Applies To Manual Workers Performing, In Particular, Painting And Assembly Work.5.The Ordering Party Reserves That All Proper Names Provided In The Swz Or Another Document Integral With The Swz Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Intended To Specify The Quality And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party.
