Częstochowska 51, Plot No. 139/4, Giebło District, Including The Use Of Renewable Energy Sources In The Design And Build Formula, Including In Particular: • Preparation Of Design Documentation, • Replacement Of Windows And Entrance Doors To The Building, • Insulation Of The Walls Above The Plinth Along With The Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings, • Insulation Of The Plinth Walls To The Height Of The Foundation Strips, Along With Paving Works, • Installation Lightning Protection, • Insulation Of The Roof Surface, • Accompanying Works, Including: On Scaffolding Assembly, Rubble Removal, Scrap Recovery, • Purchase And Installation Of Technological Equipment For The Boiler Room: Biomass-Fired Boiler With A Domestic Hot Water Tank With A Capacity Of 56 Kw - 1 Pc., • Purchase And Installation Of Heat Source Technological Equipment: Split Heat Pumps With A Capacity Of 11 Kw - 2 - 2 Pcs, • Purchase And Installation Of Technological Equipment For A Photovoltaic Installation, Equipped With Solar Panels, Monocrystalline With A Total Power Of 17 Kwp, • Replacement Of The Central Heating And Hot Water Installations Inside The Building. • As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Make, Deliver And Install An Information And Commemorative Board In Accordance With The Document Rules For Labeling Projects Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Katowice.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In The Attached Functional And Utility Programs, Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu - Annex No. 6 To Swz.3.The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects: A) For Completed Construction Works And Built-In Materials (Including Facade Insulation, Roof Covering, Window And Door Joinery, Lightning Protection Installation) For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol; B) For Delivered And Installed Technological Devices, Equipment And Installations Of Renewable Energy Sources (Including In Particular: Heat Pumps, Panels And Inverters Of The Installation Photovoltaic, Pellet Boiler, Led Lighting Fixtures, Garage Door Drives) For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.
