The Subject Of The Order Is Expansion, Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Basement Rooms Of A Public Administration Building Into A Protective Structure As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Scope Of Construction Works For The Above-Mentioned Investment Project Includes: 1) Reconstruction, Renovation And Change Of Use Of Some Of The Rooms At The Basement Level, 2) Construction Of The Main Entrance To Some Of The Basement Rooms, Adapted To Accommodate The U-1 Category, 3) Expansion Of The Building With A Tunnel And An Emergency Exit Shaft On The Western Side From The Planned U-1 Hidden Place, 4) Replacement Of Door Joinery, 5) Construction Of Floors, Wall And Ceiling Plasters, 6) Painting Of Internal Walls And Ceilings, 7) Carrying Out Finishing And Cleaning Works, 8) Carrying Out A Comprehensive Reconstruction Of Electrical And Sanitary Installations - According To The Technical Design Of The Electrical And Sanitary Industry. Moreover, The Order Includes: 1) Organization And Development Of The Square Construction, 2) Preparation Of A Bioz Plan (If Necessary), 3) Preparation Of A Material And Financial Schedule Of Works Including Unit Prices, 4) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In Two Copies, Including: Certificates, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity And Other Documents Authorizing The Use Of Materials And Devices Together With Their List, As Well As Material And Financial Settlement, 5) Export Of Post-Demolition Materials Suitable For Recovery To The Storage Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, 6) Execution Of All Other Works, Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Task.
