1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Diesel Oil.2.Scope Of The Order: Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil In Accordance With Pn-En 590+A1:2011 Appropriate To The Season (Transitional, Winter) And Includes: A) Estimated Demand During The Period Covered By The Order Is Approximately 27 M3 Of Diesel Oil. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Diesel Fuel Delivered Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs And The Funds Available For This Purpose. B) Settlement Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Made In Cubic Meters Or Liters At The Reference Temperature. C) The Minimum Demand Is 15 M3.
