Under This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Manage Municipal Waste From Pszok (Divided Into Parts): 1.1.Part 1 - Glass, Code 200102, The Ordering Party Allows Code 15 01 07 - Glass Packaging In An Estimated Quantity Of 160 Mg, 1.2.Part 2 - Paper, Code 200101, The Ordering Party Allows Code 15 01 01 - Paper And Cardboard Packaging In An Estimated Amount Of 120 Mg, 2. The Contractor Will Specify In The Offer The Minimum Level Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling Of Managed Waste. The Ordering Party Requires That The Levels Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling Indicated In The Offer Should Not Be Lower Than: - In The Case Of Glass - 75%, - In The Case Of Paper - 75%,3.Based On The Estimated Quantities Indicated In Point 1, The Offer Price Should Be Calculated. The Offer Price Calculated In This Way Will Only Be Used To Compare The Submitted Offers.4.The Ordering Party Reserves That The Data Provided Are Estimates And The Quantity To Be Collected May Ultimately Change (Increase Or Decrease). The Person Accepting Waste On Behalf Of The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify The Compliance Of The Type And Code Of Waste At The Time Of Accepting Waste From The Ordering Party And Confirm Its Acceptance With A Waste Transfer Card In The Bdo System.7.Whenever The Ordering Party Uses Waste Codes, It Should Be Understood As The Codes Included In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 2, 2020 On The Waste Catalog (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 10).8. The Contractor Is Obliged To:8.1.Ensuring Waste Management In Recovery Processes In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Waste Act.8.2.Handling Waste In A Manner Consistent With The Waste Management Hierarchy,8.3.Providing An Installation In Which The Processing Of Municipal Waste Will Take Place Taking Into Account The Principle Of Proximity, I.E.
