Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: The purpose of this Contract is to establish and maintain a comprehensive and continuing system of preventive and routine maintenance for the specified elevator equipment installed at various Government Hospitals. The Contract covers the necessary systematic, periodic, and scheduled inspection, servicing, adjustment, testing, and maintenance of MITSUBISHI and MOVI lifts to ensure their safe, reliable, and efficient operation at all times. The maintenance services shall be carried out by qualified and experienced personnel in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations, applicable standards, safety requirements, and the requirements of the relevant authorities. The Contractor shall undertake regular preventive maintenance activities to identify and rectify potential faults before they develop into major failures, thereby minimizing equipment downtime, operational disruptions, and safety risks.
