Expression of Interest for Framework Contract for Communication Services The start of the contract is foreseen for November 2026 and for a duration of thirty-six (36) months. Economic operators must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Costa Rica and sporadically in Central America. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated at 300 000 EUR (all taxes excluded). Interested economic operators are invited to submit sufficient documentation to respond to the selection criteria. The dossier, including the selection criteria and the application form, is available on request at the address given below. The shortlist of invited candidates to submit a full offer will of be constituted of a minimum of three and maximum eight candidates evaluated as qualified and ranked, if necessary, against the selection criteria.
