Bids Are Invited For Pre-Advertisement Notice For Grant Park Gateway Rooftop Food And Beverage Commercial Enterprise

The City Of Atlanta, On Behalf Of The Department Of Parks And Recreation (Dpr), Will Initiate A Competitive Request For Proposal (Rfp) Process Seeking A Qualified Commercial Enterprise To Develop And Operate A Food And Beverage Concept On The Rooftop Of The Grant Park Gateway Parking Facility. Interested Vendors Must Demonstrate Experience Operating Similar Concepts, Provide A Strong Concept And Market Fit For The Grant Park Area, Outline Their Approach To Delivering The Concept, And Present A Comprehensive Business Strategy, Operational Plan, And Financial Capability. The City¿S Expectation Is That The Selected Vendor Will Be Responsible For Designing, Constructing, Maintaining, Operating, And Managing The Food And Beverage Concept. Prior To Release Of The Formal Rfp, The City Of Atlanta Will Conduct A Pre-Solicitation Conference (Psc) In A Roundtable Discussion Format To Request Information From Potential Suppliers. This Session Is Intended To Provide Additional Context, Share Preliminary Details, And Gather Valuable Industry Insight That May Inform The Final Solicitation. A Formal Notice Of The Psc, Including Date, Time, And Location, Will Be Issued Shortly. We Encourage All Interested Vendors To Attend And Participate.
