The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is As Follows:Specific Position 1 (Op 1)Implementation Of Information, Communication And Publicity Activities On The Project.The Specific Position Includes Implementation Of Information And Communication Activities Of The Project, Through Media Presence, Creation And Management Of Digital Content, Development And Production Of A Promotional Video, As Well As Organizing And Conducting A Public Event To Present The Results Of The Project. For Specific Position No. 1, Activities On Planning, Preparation And Implementation Of Information And Communication Measures Of The Project Are Included, Including Media Coverage, Creation And Management Of Digital Content, Development And Production Of A Promotional Video, As Well As Organization And Holding Of A Public Event.The Scope Of The Position Includes All Activities On Concept Development, Coordination With The Contracting Authority, Technical Preparation, Implementation, Coordination, Logistics And Reporting, As Well As All Accompanying Activities Necessary For The Overall Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement.All Products And Services Should Be Performed To A High Quality And In Accordance With The Established Visual Identity Of The Interreg Program And The Project, As Well As With The Applicable Information And Communication Requirements.The Minimum Technical Parameters And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Activities Are Described In Detail In Appendix A - Technical Requirements For Op 1 And Op 2, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.Separate Position 2 (Op 2) (Reserved Under Art. 12, Para. 1 Of The Civil Code)Design, Production And Delivery Of Advertising Materials.For Separate Position No. 2, Pre-Press Preparation Activities, Design And Visualization Preparation, Coordination With The Contracting Authority, Production, Branding, Packaging And Delivery Of Advertising Materials (Ballpoint Pens, Pencils And Textile Bags) Are Included, As Well As All Accompanying Activities Necessary For The Full And High-Quality Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement.The Manufactured Materials Should Be New, Unused, Of High Quality, Durability And Functionality. Branding Is Implemented In Accordance With The Established Visual Identity Of The Interreg Program And The Project, As Well As With The Applicable Information And Communication Requirements, According To The Current Guidelines Of The Program.All Applicable Regulatory Requirements, Safety Standards And Good Manufacturing Practices Must Be Observed During Implementation. All Items Must Meet The Minimum Technical Parameters Detailed In Appendix A - Technical Requirements For Op 1 And Op 2.The Position Is Reserved For The Participation Of Specialized Enterprises And Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities Or Social Enterprises In Accordance With Art. 12, Para. 1 Of The Zop.The Activities Subject To The Order Should Be In Accordance With The Rules Of The European Union For Information And Communication Provided For In Regulation (Eu) No. 1059/2021 And No. 1060/2021 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of June 24, 2021, The Communication Guide For Beneficiaries Under The Interreg Romania - Bulgaria 2021-2027 Program, As Well As With All Other Applicable Regulatory And Program Documents.
