The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Selection Of A Supplier Of Net Electric Energy And A Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For The Needs Of Vasil Levski National University And Includes The Delivery Of Net Quantities Of Active Electricity Of Medium And Low Voltage To The Sites Of Vasil Levski National University In The Veliko Tarnovo Region And The Shumen Region And The Provision Of Services By Performing Activities As A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, In Accordance With The Law On Energy (Ze), The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee) And Rules For Measuring The Amount Of Electrical Energy (Pikee).Based On The Required Amounts Of Consumed Electrical Energy At The Contracting Authoritys Sites For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months, Namely: 3,757.90 Mwh, The Estimated Amount Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Needs Of Vasil Levski Higher Education Institution For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months Is 7,515.80 Mwh, According To Appendix 2 To The Technical Specification. The Same Is Indicative And Serves Only For Information About The Purposes Of This Public Procurement And Formation Of Its Estimated Value, Not Committing The Contracting Authority To Use It.The Volume Of The Order Is 13 Objects/Lot Numbers, According To Appendix 1 To The Technical Specification.The Present Procedure Is Conducted In Accordance With Art. 104, Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Zop (The So-Called Reverse Order Of Examination - The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Is Carried Out Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection, And The Examination, Evaluation And Ranking Of The Offers Will Be Carried Out According To The Order Of Article 61 Of The Ppzop).
