In Addition, A Quarantine Area And Daycare Facility Will Be Created. The Building Is From The 1930S And Was Used As A Warehouse At The Time. This Building Was Renovated In The 90S For Use As A Hostel For Asylum Seekers. The Tendered Measure Includes A High Proportion Of Tga, Complete New Installation Of Plumbing, Heating, Conveyor Technology, Ventilation Technology, Bms And Electrical Installations With A Bma. Also Included In The Renovation Is A Summary Of The Toilet And Shower Facilities. The Building Structure To Be Processed Extends From The Basement, Ground Floor, 1St And 2Nd Floors As Well As The Top Floor With An Area Of Approx. 5000M².
