North Karelias Procurement Department Requests An Offer For The Commission Of The City Of Joensuus Urban Construction Services For The Transportation Of Woodchips, Timber And Twigs And Other Tasks Assisting Loggers With A Forestry-Equipped Tractor From City-Owned Forest Farms Located In The Area Of The City Of Joensuu For The Contract Period 01/11/2026 - 31/12/2027 + Three (3) Year Option Option. Tractor Performance And Driver The Professional Skill Must Be Sufficient To Perform The Task. The Yield Target When Driving Timber In The Forest Under Normal Conditions Is At Least One Load/H, 5-7 M³. Normal Conditions Mean That The Driving Distance Is About 200-300 M And The Accumulation 15-50 M³/Ha. The Harvest Mark Must Meet The Criteria Of The Certificate. In Special Circumstances Or On Unusual Sites, The Criteria Are Agreed On A Case-By-Case Basis. The Customer Monitors The Realization Of The Goals Of The Service Description By Means Of Random Tests. The Operational Areas Are Divided Into The Following Sub-Areas: 1) Joensuu Urban Area And Kontiolahti And Liperi2) Pyhäselä Keeper 3) Eno Keeper 4) Kiihtelysvaara Keeper 5) Tuupovaara Keeper The Tender Can Be Made From One (1) Or More Sub-Areas. The Service Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations And Authorities The Orders Given. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish.
