Technical, Economic, Legal And Management Audit Service Of The Collaboration Agreements Between The Catalan Water Agency With The Metropolitan Area Of Barcelona, The Besós-Tordera Consortium, The Osona County Council And The Bages And Moianès Commonwealth For Water.The Object Of This Contract Is The Provision Of Audit Services In Relation To The Correct Destination Of The Attributions Received, The Compliance With Current Legislation, Especially Regarding Contracting, And The Technical And Economic Management Of The Facilities, In Accordance With The Terms Established In The Collaboration Agreements Between The Catalan Water Agency And The Entities Considered As Entities Locals De Laigua (Ela). The Audit Will Be Carried Out On The Different Closed Exercises Of The Ela Agreements. The Agreements Have A Duration Of Four Years
