That, In Accordance With Exempt Resolution No. 443, Of 2026, Which Authorizes The Annual Purchasing And Contracting Plan Of The San José Hospital For The Year 2026, The Supply Of The “Home Hospitalization Care Unit Enablement Service” Is Required, As Stated In A Certificate Dated July 7, 2026, Issued By The Procurement Headquarters Of The Supply Unit, Which Also Certifies That Said Services Are Not Is Available In The Catalog Of The Framework Agreement And That, Given Its Nature, The San José Hospital Is Exempt From The Consultation Procedure To The Circular Economy Platform, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles 35 Bis Of Law No. 19,886 And 28 And 29 Of Its Regulations.
