The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out Maintenance, Repair And Installation Of Carpets And The Painting Of Interior Walls Of 7 Offices Or Units Of The Regional Directorate Of Los Ríos, In Order To Improve The Conditions Of Habitability, Safety, Hygiene And Presentation Of The Work Spaces, Contributing To The Well-Being Of Officials And The Proper Development Of Institutional Activities.The Works Consider The Removal And Replacement Of The Existing Carpet In The Specified Offices, Through The Installation Of Wall-To-Wall Carpet Or In Palmets, As Well As The Preparation And Painting Of Interior Walls, Including All The Necessary Tasks To Guarantee A Quality Finish, Durability And Adequate Conservation Of The Infrastructure.Likewise, The Aim Is To Maintain The Facilities In Optimal Operating Conditions, Improving The Institutional Image And Ensuring Adequate Work Spaces For Officials And Users, In Accordance With The Established Technical Specifications And The Applicable Current Regulations.
