The Purpose Of This Request For Proposals (Rfp) Is To Invite Proposals From Consulting Firms To Prepare And Submit Proposals To Provide Design Consulting Services For The Early Works Of The Whitehorse General Hospital Expansion Project. The Owner Intends To Hold An Optional Site Tour To Introduce The Project To The Proponents, And To Which All Interested Parties Will Be Invited. The Date Of This Tour Will Be September 29, 2026 In Whitehorse, Yt, And Will Be In Person Only. All Parties Who Wish To Attend Should Complete And Submit A Receipt Confirmation Form For Further Details. Attendance Will Not Be Mandatory.
