Scope Of Planned Works: • Construction Of A Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Cubes; • Construction Of Entrances To The Property From Concrete Cubes; • Construction Of A Raised Pedestrian Crossing; • Construction Of Roadsides And Green Areas; • Relocation Of An Electrical Box; • Cutting Down Trees Colliding With The Investment; • Dismantling The Existing Fence Located Along The Borders Of The Plots And Constructing A Temporary Fence. The Contractors Obligation Also Includes The Development And Approval Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of Road Works.
