The Supplied Light Fuel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-C-96024:2020-12 Standard For The L-1 Grade Or An Equivalent Standard.6.The Basis For The Settlement Of Each Delivery Will Be The Amount Of Fuel Oil Expressed In Liters At A Reference Temperature Of 15°C, Determined On The Basis Of The Readings Of The Legalized Measurement System Of The Road Tanker Equipped With A Volume Compensation System Up To A Temperature Of 15°C.7.When Delivering Heating Oil, The Ordering Party May Request A Current Certificate Of Legalization Of Distribution Equipment.8.The Price Of Heating Oil Should Be Calculated Based On The Wholesale Price Rate For 1,000 Liters Valid On September 21, 2026, And A Printout From The Website With The Name Of The Manufacturer/Refinery On The Basis Of Which The Offer Was Calculated Should Be Attached.
