6.1.The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As An Investors Supervision Inspector During The Implementation Of The Following Works: Reconstruction, Expansion And Superstructure Of The Building Of The District Outpatient Clinic Of The Bytów County Hospital Sp. Z O. O., Together With The Adaptation Of The Basement To Accommodate The Needs Of An Emergency Shelter (Mds) With Internal And External Technical Infrastructure, Along With The Construction Of Foundations For Construction Equipment - Carports. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Expects Multi-Industry Supervision, I.E.: - The Construction Industry, - The Electrical Industry, - The Sanitary Industry. However, If Supervision Is Performed By Several People, The Leading Supervision Inspector Will Be The Inspector Of The Construction Industry.6.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In Annex 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 3 To The Swz.
