6. Subject Of The Order 6.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Deliveries Of Crushed Aggregate For The Maintenance Of Forest Road Surfaces In The Osusznica Forest District In 2026. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The Administrative Area Of The Osusznica Forest District. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate (Kłsm) Of The Following Fractions: A) 0-31.5 Mm - 850 Tons; B) 0-63 Mm - 1800 Tons; Intended For The Maintenance Of Forest Roads In The Osusznica Forest District. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Aggregate And Spread It (Spread) On The Road Surface Subject To Maintenance, In The Place And Quantity Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Delivered Aggregate Should Be Free From Contamination, In Particular It Cannot Contain: • Construction And Demolition Debris, • Municipal And Industrial Waste, • Organic Elements (Roots, Branches, Leaves, Sod, Plant Remains, Etc.); • Lumps Of Clay, Silt And Excessive Amounts Of Dusty Fractions, • Substances Harmful To The Environment (E.G. Oils, Greases, Chemicals, Etc.);• Stones With Dimensions Exceeding The Permissible Fraction;• Admixtures Of Other Materials Incompatible With The Ordered Fraction And Type Of Aggregate.In The Event Of Delivery Of Aggregate That Does Not Meet The Above Requirements, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse Acceptance And Demand Delivery Of Aggregate In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract At The Contractors Expense. The Material Will Be Delivered Successively, Each Time Upon The Ordering Partys Written Order Sent Via E-Mail. The Minimum Quantity Of Material Ordered At One Time Will Be 20 Tons.
