Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Michałowice Commune In The Winter Season 2026-2027

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Of Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Michałowice Commune In The Winter Season 2026-2027, I.E. During The Period Of Five Months (November-March) - Hereinafter Referred To As Zud. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Tasks And Activities: 1) Preparation Of Materials (Purchase, Transport, Storage Of Materials For Roughening Roads And Combating Slipperiness), 2) Preparation Of Equipment For The Implementation Of Zud, 3) Clearing Snow From Roadways, 4) Clearing Snow From Roadsides And Accompanying Facilities - E.G. Bays And Bus Stops, Parking Lots, Etc., 5) Removing Winter Slipperiness By Sprinkling Road Surfaces, Roadsides And Accompanying Facilities With Materials To Combat Slipperiness, Materials With Added Salt, Especially Salt; 6) Maintaining The Readiness To Undertake Zud Activities By Employees And Equipment, 7) Patrolling Roads, And In Particular: A) Coordinating Zud In The Michałowice Commune For Municipal And Internal Roads; B) Providing Information On The Condition Of Roads In The Form Of Telephone Reports To The Commune Office, At Least Once A Day. In Situations Where Traffic Is At Risk - As Needed; C) Ensuring Communication With Employees And Operators On Duty And In Charge Of The Equipment. 8) Post-Winter Removal Of Loose Materials Used To Roughen Roads (I.E. Roadways And Roadsides) From Roads Included In The First And Second Order Of Snow Removal, Together With The Removal Of The Removed Materials By The Contractor - Waste Management Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. Removal Of Loose Materials Remaining After Winter Includes The Entire Width Of The Road, Curbside Sewage, Concrete Channels Located Directly At The Edge Of The Road, Bus Bays, Junctions Of Municipal Roads, And Removal Of Loose Materials From The Roadside - To A Width Of: Min. 1% Towards The Roadside Or Drainage Ditch. If The Drainage Elements Are Dirty With Loose Material Used In The Zud Operation, Such As Water Wells, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean The Drainage Elements In Question. Removal Of Horizontal Loose Materials Will Take Place Within 30 Days After The End Of The Winter Season, With The Proviso That Post-Winter Cleaning Works Will Begin No Later Than 7 Days After The End Of The Zud. 3. The Total Length Of Municipal Roads That Will Be Covered By The Zud Service In The First And Second Order Is: 90.42 Km.4.The Terms Of Contract Execution And Maintenance Standards Are Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.5.The Roads On Which The Zud Service Will Be Provided Have Been Divided Into Two Orders For Maintaining Passability In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement - List Of Roads.6.The Route Of The Roads Designated For The Zud Is Presented On The Map - Annex No. 3 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
