The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 For Municipal Facilities And Street Lighting In The Sułoszowa Commune And Two Facilities Of The Cultural Center In Sułoszowa. The Sułoszowa Commune And The Cultural Center In Sułoszowa Will Conclude Separate Agreements Resulting From These Proceedings.1.Estimated (Projected) Energy Consumption In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027. Is 713,623 Kwh. 2. The Energy Supplied Will Be Settled Based On The Actual Amount Of Kwh Used. The Contractor Should Take Into Account Fluctuations In Electricity Consumption Of Approximately (+/-)10%.3.A Detailed List Of Electricity Consumption Points Is Provided In Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.4.The Sale Of Electricity Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended) And In Accordance With The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act, In Particular The Standards Of Customer Service Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of May 4, 2007 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 819, As Amended). Order Fulfillment Standards Are Specified In These Legal Acts.5.The Contractor Who Wins The Tender Undertakes To Submit, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, To The Distribution System Operator Appropriate For The Ordering Party, A Notification On Concluding A Contract For The Sale Of Electricity To Individual Facilities.6.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Withdraw From The Sales Contract For Facilities Where, Due To The Implementation Of Renewable Energy Installations, It Will Be Necessary To Conclude A Comprehensive Contract. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.8.The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That During The Term Of The Contract At Least 75% Of Electricity Will Come From Renewable Sources In Accordance With Resolution No. Lxxv/1102/23 Of The Regional Assembly Of The Małopolska Voivodeship Of November 20, 2023 On The Air Protection Program For The Małopolska Voivodeship.
