The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Mobile Water Treatment Plant Constituting One Complete Modular Set With Integral Transport And Power Supply Equipment, Intended For Collecting Water From A Swimming Pool And Treating It To The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption, For The Purposes Of Carrying Out Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense.2.Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Delivered Water Treatment Plant Must Be Brand New, Complete, Mobile, Free From Defects And Ready For Operation After Making Temporary Hydraulic And Electrical Connections, And In Compliance With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Swz And Other Documents Of The Subject Order; 2) A System Composed Of Cooperating Technological Modules, Including At Least: Ozonation Module, Filtration And Treatment Module, Pump Module And Hydraulic, Automation And Control Module And Uv Module - If It Is Part Of The Offered Technology;3) Actual Efficiency Of Ready Water After The Complete Treatment Process: Minimum 10 M³/H;4) Raw Water Taken Directly From The Pool Basin; The Water At The System Outlet Is To Meet The Requirements For Water Intended For Human Consumption In Accordance With The Opz;5) The New Transport Trailer And The New Power Generator Constitute Integral Equipment Of One Mobile Water Treatment Plant And Are Not Separate Objects Of The Order;6) The Delivery Includes Commissioning, Acceptance Tests On Actual Water From The Basin, Training Of At Least 2 Operators, Technical, Hygienic, Sanitary And Warranty Documentation As Well As Equipment And Parts Indicated In The Opz;7) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reserves The Right To Verify The Compliance Of The Delivered Station With The Requirements Specified In The Opz, In Particular By Checking Its Technical Parameters And Conducting An Operation Test;8) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Demand From The Contractor, At The Stage Of Contract Execution, Documents Regarding The Delivered Subject Of The Order, If The Obligation To Provide Them Results From The Provisions Of The Contract Or The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular The Manufacturers Documentation, Operating Instructions, Warranty Documents, Declaration Of Conformity Or Other Documents Required By Law;9) If It Is Found That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Does Not Meet The Requirements Of The Specified Documentation Of The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse Its Acceptance And Call On The Contractor To Remove The Identified Discrepancies On The Terms Specified In The Contract; 10) Delivery - Mikołów, Specific Time And Place Of Delivery In Accordance With Prior Written Arrangements With The Ordering Party; 11) The Quality Guarantee Granted In Accordance With The Offer, Swz And Contractual Provisions Applies To The Subject Of The Contract, Covers Any Physical Defects Of The Subjec
