3.1.The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform The Following Tasks: 1. Reconstruction And Construction Of An Access Road On Plot 2112/1 In The City. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Area Of The Implemented Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Town Of Borek On Plot/Plots: No. 2112/1, 2111 And Therefore The Contractor Will: 1) Ensure The Performance Of Construction Works Including Reconstruction And Construction Of The Access Road Described Above In A Way That Does Not Disorganize The Work Of Another Contractor In This Area 2) Will Ensure That Construction Works Are Carried Out In A Way That Does Not Cause Damage And Does Not Pose A Safety Threat To People Carrying Out The Pszok Investment (As Part Of A Separate Task As Described Earlier).
