The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Cleaning The Field Office Of The Trzyrzeczki Protection District Located At Ul. Kościelna 5 In Lipsk (Augustów Poviat),1) Cleaning Service Of The Internal Premises Of The Office Located At Ul. Kościelna 5, In Lipsk (Augustów Poviat) Will Be Provided Once A Week (4 Times A Month). The Work Should Be Carried Out Outside Office Opening Hours, I.E. After 3.30 P.M. From Monday To Friday. 2) The Cleaning Service Will Be Provided Using Professional Cleaning Products And Professional Equipment. The Scope Of The Cleaning Service And The List Of Areas Are Specified In Annex No. 6A To The Swz.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Cover The Costs Resulting From The Purchase Of Cleaning, Disinfecting, Care And Fragrance Products, Garbage Bags, Toilet Hangers, Liquid Soap, Toilet Paper And Paper Towels.4) The Contractor Guarantees That The Materials And Cleaning Products That Will Be Used To Perform The Above Services Are Approved For Use In Accordance With The Law And Will Be Used In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose And Recommendations Manufacturer.5) The Contractor Should Use Disinfectant Liquids And Descaling Agents That Are Approved For Use In Biological Sewage Treatment Plants.6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure, During The Performance Of The Services, Proper Order, Order And Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations In The Area Covered By The Contract. And Is Liable For Damages Incurred In Connection With The Provision Of Services And As A Result Of Other Actions Of Persons Employed By The Contractor.
