1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Meals Based On The Haccp System In Accordance With The Food And Nutrition Safety Act Of August 25, 2006. (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And Regulation (Ec) Of The European Parliament And Of The Council No. 852/2004 Of April 29, 2004 On The Hygiene Of Foodstuffs, As Amended, Divided Into Diets According To Orders From Individual Departments Of The Hospital. 2. Provision Of Food Services By Preparation And Delivery To The Hospital, And Their Preparation For Distribution To Departments, Delivery Of Meals To Individual Hospital Departments And Coordination Of The Correct Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, /Does Not Apply To The Dairy Kitchen/. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed Seven Days A Week, Including Holidays And Public Holidays. 4. The Hospital Has Hospital Departments With A Total Number Of Beds 70: A) General Surgery Department 20 B) Internal Medicine Department 25 C) Childrens Department 10 D) Laryngology Department 15 And The Care And Treatment Department 465. Estimated Average Number Of Meals Served On A Scale 1 Month Is 2,900 Person-Days Including The Care And Treatment Facility. The Number Of Meals Will Depend On The Number Of Hospitalized Patients And The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Possibility Of Increasing The Number Of Beds In A Given Ward Or Suspending The Operation Of The Ward. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order In Quantities Consistent With The List Provided By The Ordering Party. In The Event Of A Reduction Or Increase In The Number Of Meals, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. 6. The Contractor Will Also Provide Nutrition For Patients Admitted To The Hospital In Emergency Cases And Will Ensure The Continuity Of Meals In Accordance With The Agreed Schedule, Regardless Of Any Difficulties Encountered On His Part. 7. The Number Of Patients (Person-Days) May Differ From The Number Given Above By The Ordering Party And This Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. 8. Meals Should Be Placed In Thermally Insulated Containers Equipped With Replaceable Individual Food Containers With Seals And Enabling Their Placement In Trolleys For Distributing Meals In Individual Departments. Containers Should Be Made Of Material Enabling Thermal Disinfection. 9. The Contractor Will Provide The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order In Its Own Facilities, Using Its Own Equipment, Tools, Transport And Products, And With The Help Of Its Own Qualified Employees. Preparation And Cooking Of Meals Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Nutritional Standards And Principles. 10. The Contractor Undertakes To Appoint A Person To Properly Coordinate The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And Any Complaints.
