Tenders are invited for T&I Shutdown Works for Spheres and Amine Sump at Cgp-1 & Cgp-2 Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: Provision of supervision, manpower, equipment, materials, tools, and all necessary resources to execute T&I Shutdown Works for the spheres and amine sump at CGP 1 and CGP 2. The scope includes mobilization, material handling, installation and removal of blinds, opening and reinstatement of manways, internal cleaning, water washing, sludge removal, vessel aeration, buffing, welding, grinding, grit blasting and painting where required, removal and reinstallation of equipment internals, replacement of corroded nuts and bolts, leak testing, reinstatement of equipment, support for inspection and operational activities, pre commissioning, commissioning and start up support, waste handling and disposal, housekeeping, and all related mechanical activities required to safely complete the shutdown works and return the facilities to service in accordance with Company requirements, inspection standards, and HSE procedures. The shutdown is tentatively scheduled for Q1 2027.
