Nottinghamshire County Council On Behalf Of Ashfield District Council (Adc) (The Council) Is Seeking Tenders From Suitably Qualified And Experienced Organisations To Deliver The School-Based Kirkby Family Wellbeing Pilot On Behalf Of The Kirkby Neighbourhood Board.The Project Forms Part Of The Kirkby Pride In Place Programme And Contributes To The Education, Opportunity, Work, Productivity And Skills Theme.The Pilot Is Intended To Provide Practical, Trusted And Early Support For Families Experiencing Financial Pressure, Low Confidence, Social Isolation Or Wider Wellbeing Challenges. It Seeks To Test Whether A School-Based Support Model Can Improve Engagement With Residents Who May Not Access Traditional Support Services. The Project Is Intended To Complement Existing Provisions Rather Than Duplicate It.Adc Requires A Single Supplier To Lead On This Work, Please Refer To Specification For Further Information.This Procurement Has Been Restricted To Providers That Have An Office Within The Nottinghamshire Area And Conduct Their Services Within This Area.Contract Period: 1 January 2027 To 31 July 2028 (19 Months) Initial Contract Pilot Period.Although The Total Value Of The Contract Including Any Possible Extension Is £173,000 Excluding Vat, The Total Available Budget For The Initial Contract Pilot Period Of 19 Months Is £140,000 And Is Inclusive Of All Costs, Excluding Vat. This Is A Ceiling Budget And Bids Must Not Exceed The Amount Of £140,000, Excluding Vat.There Is An Option For A Possible Extension Of Up To 6 Months Dependent On Satisfactory Performance, Funding Availability And Approval.
