The Net Zero Technology Centre (Nztc) Seeks To Appoint A Suitably Qualified Contractor To Provide Stage 1 Pre-Construction Early Contractor Involvement (Eci) Services For The Proposed Uas Operations Centre In Aberdeenshire. Services Will Include Buildability, Construction Methodology, Programme And Sequencing, Procurement, Supply-Chain, Risk, Value-Engineering And Open-Book Cost-Planning Input. Stage 1 Is Anticipated To Run For Three Months With A Capped Fee Below Gbp 50,000 Excluding Vat. The Procurement Anticipates A Potential Subsequent Stage 2 Construction Appointment, With The Total Potential Contract Value Currently Estimated At Approximately Gbp 1.5 Million. Appointment To Stage 1 Provides No Guarantee Or Entitlement To Stage 2.
