Bids Are Invited For Rfp - Engineering & Management Services - Steel Natural Gas Main Replacement

The City Of Monroe Will Be Accepting Proposals To Contract Services For A Professional & Licensed Services Firm (Also Referred To As The Consultant) To Provide Engineering And Design, Permitting, Contractor Procurement, Resident Construction Inspection Services, Project Management, And Ngdism Grant Administration Services For The Replacement Of Approximately 3.5 Miles Of Pre-Code Ineffectively Coated Steel Natural Gas Main Within The City Of Monroes Service Area With New Polyethylene Natural Gas Main. The Scope Of This Natural Gas Replacement Project Will Be In Accordance With The Pipeline And Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (Phmsa) And The Natural Gas Distribution Infrastructure Safety And Modernization (Ngdism) Grant Program. Firms Shall Submit A Proposal To The City Which Will Be Based On Instructions And Specifications Provided Within This Document.
