The Overall Contract Includes Construction Engineering Work, Heating, Plumbing And Ventilation Work, As Well As Electrical And Automation Work. The General Contractor Acts On The Site As The Main Implementer As Intended By The Legislation And Yse98 And Is Responsible For Site Management Duties And Site Services. Pirkanmaas Regional Crematorium Is A New Construction Project That Will Be Implemented In The Vatiala Cemetery Area Next To The Existing Crematorium Building. The New Building Contains Production Space-Like Functions As Well As Related Building And Process Engineering Systems. The Request For Tender Applies To All Works Of The Overall Contract From Start To Finish. The Procurement Is Conditional On Obtaining The Necessary Permits For The Project And Deciding To Implement It.
