Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement For The Analysis Of Environmental Samples

The Subject Of This Tender Is The Analysis Of Specified Parameters From The Sample Matrices: Wastewater And Leachate, Surface Water (Flowing Water/Standing Water), Groundwater And, If Necessary, Solid Samples. The Analysis Procedures Are Specified By The Client. Samples Are Transported To The Contractors Laboratory Either By The Contractors Own Courier Drivers Or By Suitable Courier Services. The Test Results Must Be Made Available To The Client In Digital Form As Result Tables (Csv Or Xml File Format) In Accordance With The File Structure Specified By The Client And As Unchangeable Pdf Test Reports. The Aim Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Several Participants. The Framework Agreement Accepts All Bidders Who Are Technically Suitable And Who Submit An Offer In The Correct Form And On Time. There Is No Maximum Limit On The Number Of Participants. After The Offer Has Been Opened And Checked, The Client Creates A Placement List/Ranking List For Each Advertised Parameter Or Parameter Group, I.E. For Each Individual Item In The Price/Service List (Part 5 Of The Tender Documents, Spreadsheet A-Parameter List) As Part Of The Evaluation. The Bidder With The Most Economical Offer For The Individual Item Will Be Awarded The Contract For The Individual Order In Question, In Which He Is Ranked First. Regardless Of The Placement Of Their Offer, All Bidders Who Have Submitted A Valid Offer For The Respective Position Will Be Included In The Framework Agreement. The Conditions For Individual Calls Are Fixed; There Will Be No Mini-Competition Within The Fixed Contract Period. For The Optional Third And Fourth Contract Years, There Will Be A Mini-Competition With A Price Query, In Which The Ranking Can Change.
