Descriptionthe Procurement Deals With A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For Periodic Safety Checks Of All Lifting Equipment Required To Be Registered That Is Part Of Bergen Municipalitys Property Portfolio. As Of Today, The Municipality Owns 174 Lifts And 132 Lifting Platforms. The Contract Can Only Be Carried Out By An Approved And Independent Safety Control Body (Sko). The Facilities Are Located In Buildings Divided Into Three Portfolios, Each With Its Own Service Provider, Respectively (1) Schools And Kindergartens, (2) Administrative And Cultural Buildings And (3) Health Buildings. Lists Of Facilities With Associated Information Are Attached To The Tender Documents. The Number Of Facilities May Change During The Agreement Period As A Result Of New Construction, Replacements, Modernisations, Disposal, Temporary Closure And Changes To The Building Stock. Other Facilities In Accordance With The Machinery Directive And The Lift Directive Can Be Included In The Agreement, Including The Lifting Devices That The Municipality Does Not Have As Of Today. The Client Must Also Be Able To Order Additional Services Beyond Periodic Checks Such As Spot Checks, Checks After Accidents, Checks After Near Misses, Checks After Modernisation, Checks During Remodeling, Checks During Changes Of Ownership, Technical Assistance As Well As Professional Assessments And Studies/Collaboration On Solutions. Such Services Are Carried Out According To The Hourly Price Stated In Appendix 4A - Price Chart. The Building And Property Agency Manages Approx. 1.3 Million Square Meters Of Building Stock, And Has The Task Of Meeting Bergen Municipalitys Needs For Premises And Outdoor Areas. The Bulk Of The Property Consists Of Approx. 100 Schools And 60 Kindergartens, In Addition To Nursing Homes, Administration Buildings, Cultural Buildings, Car Parks, Bergen Harbor And Sports Facilities, With Associated Outdoor Areas. Some Of The Buildings Are Listed/Worthy Of Preservation With Antiquarian Value.
