Descriptionthe Client Is Inviting A Competition For The Establishment, Operation And Maintenance Of A 24-Hour Rest Area For Heavy Transport Along The E16 On The Stretch Håbakken - Voss. The Client Needs Around 50 Parking Spaces For Heavy Transport On The Stretch E16 Håbakken–Voss. The Individual 24-Hour Rest Area Must Have A Minimum Of 10 And A Maximum Of 30 Parking Spaces, And Must Contain A Service Facility With A Toilet/Shower. Charging Stations Are Established In Line With The Requirements In Point 3.2 H. The 24-Hour Rest Area Must Meet The Requirements In Chapter 3. It Is Possible To Make Offers For One Or More Locations That Meet The Requirements In The Competition Basis. Each Offered 24-Hour Rest Place Will Be Assessed As An Independent Offer. The Client Must Have A Maximum Of One 24-Hour Rest Place Per Municipality. A Maximum Of One Contract For A 24-Hour Rest Place Per Municipality Will Therefore Be Awarded. The Client Can Award The Contract To One Or More Suppliers. The Offers Will Be Evaluated And Ranked According To The Competitions Award Criteria. The Contract Will Be Awarded To The Tender Or Tenders Which, Taken As A Whole, Provide The Best Ratio Between Price And Quality And Which Best Meet The Clients Needs For Parking Spaces On The Route. The 24-Hour Rest Area Must Be Ready For Opening No Later Than 16 Months After The Contract Has Been Signed And The Contract Is Valid For 10 Years From The Time Of Opening. The Client Has The Option To Extend The Agreement By 1+1 Years, So That The Total Possible Rental Period Is 12 Years. The Charging Infrastructure Must Be Fully Developed And In Operation By Point 3.2 H.
