media Conversion Of Archive . Descriptionthe Client Must Carry Out A Media Conversion Of Approx. 270 Shelf Meters (Hm) With Paper Archives, As Well As Memory Devices And Cds. The Paper Archive Must Be Arranged, Listed And Media Converted. Memory Devices And Cds Must Be Archived In The Same Way As The Paper Archive. The Purpose Of Media Conversion Of The Physical Archive Is To Replace The Paper Originals With A Full-Fledged Digital Version, So That The Paper Originals Can Be Destroyed After Quality Control Of The New Digital Original Has Been Carried Out. The Archives Must Be Able To Be Delivered In Digital Format To Oslo City Archives In Accordance With The Requirements Set By The City Archives, Including Preservation And Disposal Rules As They Are Designed In Oslo Municipalitys Preservation And Disposal Plan (Oka).
