The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Equipment In 3 (Three) Separate Items And Includes The Following Separate Items:1. Separate Position No. 1 With Subject: Delivery Of Equipment For The Needs Of The National Insurance Institute (Nii);2. Separate Item No. 2 With The Subject: Delivery Of Chargers For Mobile Phones For The Needs Of Real-Time Video Surveillance And Video Recording After The End Of The Election Day In The Sectional Election Commissions (Sec) During The Counting Of Votes And The Preparation Of The Protocol Of The Sec;3. Separate Item No. 3 With Subject: Supply Of Notebook Computers.The Performance Requirements Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specifications Of The Contracting Authority, Applicable To The Relevant Specific Position.Bids Shall Be Submitted Only Under Special Item No. 1. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded According To The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Order.​​​​​​Separate Position No. 2 And Separate Position No. 3 Will Be Assigned In The Order Valid For Their Respective Individual Value In Connection With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop - Through The Method Of Direct Assignment, On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.Participants Should Not Submit Bids For Separate Position No. 2 And Separate Position No. 3!
