The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Implementation Of Investment Projects On The Water Supply Network On The Territory Of The Metropolitan Municipality - Zone 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 And 6, Divided Into The Following Separate Positions:Separate Item 1: Implementation Of Investment Projects On The Water Supply Network On The Territory Of The Capital Municipality - Zone 1 - The Territory Of The So - Regions: Ovcha Kupel, Krasno Selo, Triaditsa, Sredets, Lozenets;Separate Position 2: Implementation Of Investment Projects On The Water Supply Network On The Territory Of The Capital Municipality - Zone 2 - The Territory Of The So - Districts: Vitosha, Studentski, Izgrev, Mladost;Separate Position 3: Implementation Of Investment Projects On The Water Supply Network On The Territory Of The Capital Municipality - Zone 3 - The Territory Of The So - Districts: Pancharevo, Iskar.Separate Item 4: Implementation Of Investment Projects On The Water Supply Network On The Territory Of The Metropolitan Municipality - Zone 4 - The Territory Of The So - Districts: Kremikovtsi, Poduyane, Slatina;Separate Position 5: Implementation Of Investment Projects On The Water Supply Network On The Territory Of The Metropolitan Municipality - Zone 5 - The Territory Of The So - Regions: Novi Iskar, Vrabnitsa, Nadezhda;Separate Item 6: Implementation Of Investment Projects On The Water Supply Network On The Territory Of The Capital Municipality - Zone 6 - The Territory Of The So - Districts: Bankya, Lyulin, Krasna Polyana, Ilinden, Vazrazhdane, Oborishte, Serdika.The Scope Of Construction And Installation Works Includes, But Is Not Limited To:Earthworks - Excavation And Backfilling According To The Requirements Of The Work Project And/Or The Specific Instructions Of The Contracting Authority, Reflected In The Ccc For The Award;Installation By Trench Method Or Trenchless Technology Of Water Pipelines And Facilities And New Building Water Diversions And/Or Reconnection Of Existing Ones, With Technical Specifications And Characteristics Of The Construction Products - Type, Diameters, Slopes, Lengths, Etc., According To Those Specified In The Work Projects Or Installation Plans, Concrete, Formwork And Reinforcement Works - During The Construction Of Inspection Shafts And Other Facilities Along The Water Supply Network;Reconstruction And/Or Major Repair And/Or Construction Of New Transport Infrastructure And Its Elements (Including Restoration Of Asphalt, Paving, Crushed Stone, Pavements And Others In The Road Or Street Network, Taking Into Account Accessibility Criteria For People With Disabilities).A Contractor With A Signed Contract For A Certain Area May Be Assigned To Perform Construction And Installation Works In Other Areas Specified In This Item 1 Subject Of The Contract.In The Event That A Contractor With A Contract For A Certain Area Is Assigned Construction And Installation Works That Engage All Three Required Teams At The Same Time, The Employer Has The Right To Assign Construction And Installation Works In This Area To A Contractor From Another Area Subject To This Contract Who Has Free Teams.The Contractor Is Not Guaranteed Quantities Of The Work Assigned Under The Contract.​​​
