The Subject Of This Order Is A Construction And Installation Contractor For The Construction Of A Parking Lot For Visitors In The Northwestern Part Of The Property (Upi I-845, Square 15 According To The Plan Of The City Of Karnobat) With 122 Parking Spaces, Of Which 10 Are For People With Disabilities, As Well As A Service Parking Lot With 8 Spaces Opposite The Entrance To The Hospital. The Visitor Parking Lot Is Being Built In A Green Area With A Completely New Asphalt Surface. Adjacent Sidewalks Will Be Constructed With Concrete Slabs And Garden Curbing. For The Parking Lot For Visitors, It Is Planned To Build An Access Control System - Entrance And Exit Barriers, Entrance And Exit Devices. The Two Stages Will Be Awarded Simultaneously Within The Current Public Procurement. The Building Permit No. 78/13.08.2024 Was Issued For The Site By The Chief Architect Of The Karnobat Municipality. The Construction And Installation Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Law On Territorial Planning, The Requirements Of The Employer And The Provisions Of The Approved Investment Projects. The Types And Quantities Of Cmp Are Specified In The Technical Specification.As Of The Date Of The Announcement Of The Public Procurement, No Financing Has Been Secured, In View Of Which The Contract Will Be Concluded Under A Condition Within The Meaning Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code.
