The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Production And Delivery Of Printed Information And Advertising Materials To Popularize The Support Of The European Union For The Development Of Human Resources In The Implementation Of The Program Development Of Human Resources, Incl. Design, Prepress Preparation, Printing, Manufacturing And Delivery Of All Materials In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Of The Technical Parameters Specified In The Technical Specifications. The Activities Cover The Entire Process Of Creating The Materials As Follows:Creative Design And Concept: Development Of Idea Projects And Graphic Concepts In Line With The Objectives Of The Program.Prepress: Assembling Text And Images, Color Corrections, Page Layout And Preparing Files For Printing.Text Processing: Language Edits, Corrections Of Spelling And Punctuation Of The Texts Provided By The Employer.Printing And Production: High-Quality Printing (Offset Or Digital), Die-Cutting, Lamination, Binding And Other Finishing Operations.Logistics And Delivery: Safe Packaging, Transportation And Delivery Of The Finished Materials To The Final Location Specified By The Client. In Connection With Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop, The Order Is Intended For Awarding Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities, Or To Business Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position, Since Its Subject Is Included In The List Of Goods And Services, In Accordance With The General Glossary Of Terms, Approved By Decision No. 591 Of 18.07.2016 Of Council Of Ministers, In The Sense Of § 2, Item 46 And Item 62 Of The Additional Provisions (Dr) Of The Zop. In This Regard, The Present Public Procurement Is Qualified As A Reserved Public Procurement. Deliveries Are Carried Out At The Request Of The Contracting Party, In Which The Quantity And Type Of Materials Subject To The Specific Delivery Are Determined. The Client Has Specified The Minimum Quantity (Number) Of Each Type Of Advertising Material That Will Be Ordered In The Specific Request. The Minimum Quantities Serve To Determine The Unit Prices By The Participants In The Public Procurement.
