The Need For Repairs Is Due To Compromised And Multi-Layered Paint Coatings, Unplastered Surfaces And Areas With Crumbling And Damaged Plaster, Which Create Conditions For Deteriorating Conditions And Safety In The School Environment.The Scope Of The Order Includes: Scraping And Removal Of Existing Layers Of Paint From Walls And Ceilings; Local Patching And Restoration Of Compromised Internal Plaster Plaster; Double Application Of Deep-Penetrating Primer Before Plastering; Applying Fine Putty On Both Hands; Priming Before Painting; Double Painting With Interior Latex On Walls And Ceilings; Painting With Light Paint On An Existing Wall Plinth With A Height Of H = 1.50 M; Manual Loading And Removal Of The Generated Construction Waste To A Regulated Place.All Construction And Assembly Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Specification, The Bill Of Quantities, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Applicable Regulations, In Compliance With The Requirements For Quality, Safety And Environmental Protection. The Old Technical Specification Of The School Also Stipulates That The Implementation Is In Accordance With The Current Regulations, The Technical Specifications Of The Input Products And Good Construction Practices.Purpose Of The Present Assignment: The Smooth Functioning Of The Building Of The Su St. St. Cyril And Methodius, Butan Village And Ensuring A Safe And Favorable Environment For The Children And Staff Of The School, Incl.
