The Municipal Cultural Corporation Of Chillán, Hereinafter “The Corporation”, Through These Rules Calls For A Public Tender For The Contracting Of The “Radial Advertising Service And Written Press In The Region Of Ñuble For The Municipal Cultural Corporation Of The Commune Of Chillán”.The Municipal Cultural Corporation Of Chillán Requires Maintaining Continuous, Timely And Territorially Relevant Dissemination Of Its Artistic, Cultural And Training Programming, As Well As Its Institutional Activities, During The Months Of October, November And December 2026.To Fulfill This Purpose, It Is Necessary To Hire An Integrated Radio Advertising And Written Press Service. The Combination Of Both Supports Will Make It Possible To Reinforce The Frequency Of Institutional Messages, Reach Audiences With Different Information Consumption Habits And Extend Dissemination To Communes In The Ñuble Region Through Traditional Media With Verifiable Coverage.The Service Includes Programming, Contracting, Coordination, Issuance Or Publication, Monitoring And Accreditation Of The Communication Pieces Defined By The Corporation. The Contract Does Not Transfer To The Provider The Definition Of The Institutional Editorial Line Nor Does It Authorize It To Modify Content Without Prior Approval.
