Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Motor Vehicles The Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the delivery and supply of 2 x 15 tonne trucks. The trucks must be delivered at the Ministry Headquarters, Capital Hill, Lilongwe. 2 3. Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding-National) (OCBN) procedures as specified in the Banks Framework dated October 2015 and effective January 1, 2016, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework. 4. The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested eligible Bidders, upon submission of a written application to the address indicated below. The bidding document will be emailed to the bidder (in PDF and Word formats). In case of discrepancy, the PDF format prevails. 6. Bids must be delivered and deposited in a tender box located near the Reception at Ministry of Agriculture, Capitol Hill, Room Number 90, P.O Box 30134, Lilongwe, Malawi on or before 10:00 hours (local time in Malawi) on 24th October 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address at 9 below. 7.
