Quotation are invited for Procurement and Renewal of Autodesk, Adobe and Thinkcell Software Licenses Detailed Scope of Work The contractors work scope shall include, but not limited to the following: 3.1 License Provisioning Provision all software licenses. Activate subscriptions in the designated company tenant or licensing account. Assist with assignment of licenses to users where required. Ensure no loss of functionality or service during renewal activities. 3.2 License Transfer and Renewal Support Facilitate the transfer of licenses from existing resellers if applicable. Renew eligible subscriptions without interruption. Coordinate directly with Autodesk, Adobe, and ThinkCell regarding licensing matters when necessary. 3.3 Licensing Administration Provide updated licensing records. Provide subscription and entitlement details. Notify the organization of subscription expiry dates. Provide a designated account representative for licensing matters. Vendor Requirements The Vendor shall: Be an authorized reseller, distributor, or partner for Autodesk, Adobe, and ThinkCell products. Provide evidence of authorization, as part of technical proposal. Deliver all licenses in accordance with manufacturer licensing policies. Ensure licenses are registered under the designated company account. Maintain confidentiality of all company information and licensing data. Comply with applicable software licensing regulations and vendor terms. 3.5 Deliverables The Vendor shall provide: Mandatory Deliverables Software licenses/subscriptions for all products listed in Section. License entitlement confirmation. Subscription and renewal details. License provisioning and activation support. Manufacturer authorization documentation. Final license inventory report. Documentation Deliverables License certificates and entitlement records. Subscription commencement and expiry dates. Support contact details. Vendor account management information.
