The Wing Of The Oldest Part Of The Building Facing Koskenparta Will Be Preserved. The Procurement Includes Construction Work On The Facade Of The Remaining Building. The Gross Area Of The Part To Be Demolished Is Approximately 11,000 M2. The Gross Area Of The Building To Be Preserved Is Approximately 2800 M2.
