Work Detail
The Subject Of The Service Is The Conception And Implementation Of A Measure In Accordance With Section 16 K Sgb Ii To (Re)Establish Employability Using Holistic Coaching. The Target Group Of The Benefit To Be Awarded Includes Employable Benefit Recipients (Elb) Who Suffer From One Or Multiple Addictions. As Part Of The Measure, Up To 45 Participants Will Benefit From A Total Of Three Coaches (Supervision Ratio 1:15) In The Sense Of Holistic Support From Individual Coaching Sessions. The Services Are Divided Into The Aspects Of The Outreach/Reception Phase At The Beginning, The Actual Coaching, And Follow-Up Support If Necessary When Transitioning To Another Measure.
