Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement For Maintenance And Renovation Of Iba Systems

The Scheldestromen Water Board Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Performance Of Preventive And Corrective Maintenance And Renovation Work On Iba Systems In Various Municipalities In The Province Of Zeeland. The Work Concerns 177 Iba Systems, Including Systems With Tanks And Helophyte Filters, Spread Across The Municipalities Of Goes, Hulst, Middelburg, Reimerswaal, Sluis, Terneuzen And Tholen. The Assignment Includes Periodic Preventive Maintenance, Detecting And Solving Malfunctions, Making A 24-Hour Breakdown Service Available, Removing And Disposing Of Sludge, Carrying Out Measurements And Checks, Registering And Reporting Maintenance And Malfunction Data And Carrying Out Renovation Work. Renovations Can Be Commissioned As An Option Within The Framework Agreement And Include Work On Controls, Electrical Components, Piping In And Around The Tanks And Civil Engineering Repairs. Completely Replacing Iba Systems Is Outside The Scope Of The Assignment. The Framework Agreement Has An Initial Term Of Two Years And Can Be Extended Once By Two Years. The Intended Start Date Is January 1, 2027. Awarding Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Best Price-Quality Ratio.
