This Tender Guide Has Been Drawn Up For The Tender Of Purchasing Advisory Services From The Carmel College Foundation (Hereinafter: Carmel). This Document Provides A Description Of The Assignment, As Well As All Applicable Requirements And Conditions. In The Coming Years, Carmel And Its Clusters/Institutions (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contracting Authority Or The Client) Will Carry Out A Large Number Of (European) Tenders. This Mainly Concerns European Tenders (Complex And Regular) And Also Multiple Private And European Non-Public Tenders. The Current Framework Agreement With Inkada B.V. For Purchasing Advisory Services Expires By Operation Of Law. Carmel Wishes To Tender The Services Again At European Level After The Expiry Of The Framework Agreement. The Annual Estimated Value Is On Average €175,000 Excl. Vat Per Year. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At €1,400,000 Excl. Vat
