Within The Kennemerland Safety Region (Vrk), There Is Currently No Current And Integrated Overview Of The Paper And Digital Information Management. Paper And Digital Information Objects Are Distributed And Sometimes Stored In Multiple Copies Across Various Sources, Including Cabinets, Network Drives, Cloud Storage, Local Environments And Email. A Significant Part Of This Information Consists Of Unstructured Files That Have Been Created Over Time And Are Used And Managed By Various Vrk Components. The Tender Relates To Vrks Existing Information Management. The Assignment Includes Analyzing, Assessing, Cleaning, Structuring, Plotting And Preparing Existing Information Objects For Migration In Accordance With The Processing Framework Established By Vrk. The Vrk Will Provide The Location Of The Existing Information Objects To The Contractor. The Goal Is To Create A Demonstrably Compliant, Orderly And Future-Proof Information Environment. The Amount Stated Below Is Not Representative Of The Assignment. The Amount Is Included Here Solely To Make It Possible To Publish The Assignment On Tenderned. Due To The Nature Of The Assignment, The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Cannot Be Determined Exactly In Terms Of Amounts. The Size In Quantity Of Information Objects Is Given In Section 2.2. It Should Be Noted That After An Initial Inventory It May Appear That Part Of This Quantity May Not Be Eligible For Further Processing, For Example Due To The Age Of These Information Objects. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Statement. In View Of Political, Economic, Budgetary, Organizational And/Or Administrative Developments And The Related Growth And Shrinkage Of The Contracting Authority, It Is Possible That The Assignment May Expand, Shrink Or Change.
