The Grf Currently Hires Financial Staff On A Flexible Basis From Various Secondment Agencies. Self-Employed Persons Are Also Deployed Through An Agreement Between Grf And The Self-Employed Person. Grf Wishes To Make This Process More Efficient. The Purpose Of This European Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Four Market Parties Regarding The Hiring Of Financial Personnel, To Meet This Need. The Framework Agreements Have An Initial Term Of Two Years With Effect From January 1, 2027. The Framework Agreements Can Be Extended Twice By The Contracting Authority For One Year For An Additional Period Up To A Total Period Of Four Years In Accordance With The Criteria Described In These Tender Guidelines. Expected Size Of The Framework Agreements The Expected Size Of The Framework Agreements Together Amounts To € 2,500,000 Over The Entire Term (Maximum 4 Years). Maximum Size Of The Framework Agreements The Maximum Size Of The Framework Agreements Together Is € 4,000,000. As Soon As The Maximum Amount Is Reached, The Framework Agreements Automatically Terminate. The Maximum Size Is Larger Than The Expected Size Due To The Uncertainty In The Amount Of Services To Be Provided. The Decrease Fluctuates Greatly Over The Years. The Tenderer Cannot Derive Any Rights From This Value Or Numbers In Any Way, Nor Do These Value Or Numbers Constitute A Purchase Guarantee.
